Frequently Asked Questions
Any orders which exceed 2kg in weight will be dispatched using the courier UPS. Once your order has been dispatched you should automatically receive an email, which will provide you with the tracking number to allow you to view the order status during transit.
Orders which are lower than 2kg will be shipped with Royal Mail. Although a tracking number is not emailed to you for this delivery service, a tracking number will be generated against your order, so please contact our customer service team should you require an update for your order.
A small range of the products listed on our website are manufactured to ordered and will automatically be sent from our supplier. These products will often have a lead time which will be published on the products description of the website.
