Solution containing 0.5% w/v Chlorhexidine gluconate and 70% v/v Isopropyl alcohol

• For external use only on intact skin.
• Surgical hand disinfection: Apply 3 ml of HiBi Liquid Hand Rub+ onto clean, dry (healthy) cupped hands and rub over hands and forearms until rubbed in. Repeat applications keeping hands wet for a total of 1.5 minutes. Rub until dry. Do not rinse.
• Hygienic hand disinfection: Apply 3 ml of HiBi Liquid Hand Rub+ onto clean, dry (healthy) cupped hands and rub over hands and wrists for 30 seconds. Rub until dry. Do not rinse.
• Children and elderly patients. There are no special usage recommendations for either elderly patients or children, unless otherwise recommended by a pharmacist or physician.
• Irritant to mucous membranes including genitalia. Do not use if hypersensitive to Chlorhexidine or any of the other ingredients listed. Do not swallow. Do not inject. Do not use on mucous membranes. Do not use in body cavities and wounds. Avoid contact with the eyes, brain, meninges and middle ear. If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately. If Chlorhexidine solutions come into contact with the eyes, wash out promptly and thoroughly with water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice.
• For general skin disinfection, do not use HiBi Liquid Hand Rub+ for more than 5 consecutive days. If severe irritation develops discontinue use of product and seek medical attention.
• Vapours may cause drowsiness and dizziness. Flammable. Keep away from sources of ignition. No smoking.
